Answer assumes previous years (not in the data) are treated as null (I agree). However, if there's a null value that a country has for a given year, it's treated as 0 (at least that's what I'm currently understanding). Need some consistency here. 

Again, more assumptions in Q3, it appears all NA values have been replaced with 0. Not sure why, if it's NA, it's NA & there's also rounding occurring pre aggregation.

Not a fan of this challenge.

I think Question 1 is not phrased correctly -- the answer shown is the greatest INCREASE, not the greatest decrease. Anyway, here's mine!
