Solved! I used "round" instead of "smartround" so my solution didn't quite match the answer. I also got my RegEx Parse almost on the first try - I was missing a "-". Very excited about getting better at RegEx!

Also, I think the instructions were a bit unclear about what to do with shifts exactly 4 hours since they're neither above nor below 4 hours but the solution treated them as below 4.
