Took too long on this one. Tried multiple methods before deciding generate rows worked ok for this example. I think for the real world I'd generate a lookup table for region, weekends, holidays etc.

Always fun to play with networkdays. Extension of this exercise could be to include public holidays.

Couldn't get the same result untill I realized that 0 is sunday :)
