I'm still learning Alteryx, but I was shocked to find out that there wasn't a built-in function for this.  I thought about using generate rows, but that seemed like overkill; so I googled.

Thanks to this post (link) I was able to calculate it a formula tool.

Seems like this should be standard in Alteryx.
