 So I was... unsatisfied with the way the enclosed solution had the months in alphabetical order. I mean, who does that? 

So I ordered the months and reintegrated at the finish. This is a brutally inartful solution, but I made it into pretty colors to compensate. Enjoy.

Solved. My main challenge was to figure out how to generate rows effectively, since there's not an equivalent of Excel's NETWORKDAY formula. Fun!
