The solution file did a multi-row formula to flag? Is this needed as it looks like they got a count of 292. My solution and others simply used a summarize formula after a filter to get a value of 364 for the first question.

Can others clarify if the multi-select formula was truly needed? 

Good challenge to practice reformatting and sorting.
