The only that I have to share is that I used a grouped ID by utilizing the Multi-row formula and then used the cross-tab to format the data.
The formula is if ([Field]="doctors") then [Row-1:ID]+1 else [Row-1:ID] endif
-Other than that, I used the Text to columns split to rows with > as the delimiter.
