There's a mistake on record 649 where the practice is actually in the city column! Corrected in my solution (really fun challenge and my first go at HTML parsing!)

Note, if a physician had more than one specialty, the solution retained only the first specialty. I adjusted my solution to match, although in practice we would probably want to include them.

My solution. I have kept all the practices for each physician split by commas in my final output. My solution will therefore have some discrepancies with the output solution which sometimes only contains the first practice of a physician.
