I remember doing the macro in a previous challenge (challenge #17, yes I looked it up). I recall spending quite some time figuring out the logic.
Otherwise pretty straight forward to find the bugs.

Attached the action tool to the input data
Selected the correct parsing pattern on both datetime tools
Changed append option to allow all appends
Corrected the field names in the filter and first formula tool
Added a square bracket to the formula in the first formula tool
