My solution attached.

Followed the same steps as everybody else but got a slightly difference result than in the start file. Took me about 15 minutes.

First use of predictive tools. Quite hard but will be usefull!

I completed this task quite fast but I had different results then in Output so wondering what I am doing wrong.

Now I see that others achieved same results as I did.

I have different values, but I have the same 5 shifts that are the most likely to be unsuccessful.

Obtained score doesn't exactly match, but order of result itself was matched.

I'm fairly new to predictive tools, so I wasn't sure why I was getting different answers. Looking at the other posts, it appears that the successful and unsuccessful scores may be incorrect in the provided outputs.

can you explain why the oversampling is included and how you determined the 23%?
