Had little challenge to give a path but eventually find a way.

Follow the below steps to get to the desired output:

 

1. Use a join tool to join data from the first and the second input tools. Use "Region" as the common field. 

2. Use another join tool to get data from the previous join tool and the third output. Use "Product Group" as the common field. 

3. Use a formula tool that will be then used to get different sheets in the output. Formula - "Region"+tostring([Region Key])+"_"+"Product"+tostring([Product Key])

4. Add an output tool and configure it to have the calculated fields name.
