@tammybrown_tds The camera icon is a popup, so make sure you the popup blocker is disabled for this site. I ran into the same issue. I was able to get around it, by using the camera icon after disabling the popup blocker. Then I could load the image or drag it in from snagit (my screengrab tool). Hopefully that helps! I'm not sure why they changed the process!
