I didn't see a result for the number of World Cup shootouts in the result outputs.

Also, the "team that has performed best" in shootouts is being determined by total number of wins by shootout. A percentage of wins would be a better measure in my opinion.

I also added a avg goals against as a statistical measure.

Definitely a fun challenge!
