Pretty easy challenge. Think I could've set it up better by having the 0,1,2 labeling go based on alphabetic order of the name too but it's not a big deal.

Gotta go the advanced solution, right! This was on the simpler side of analytic apps but still good practice. I used the Tile tool to do the dirty work of assigning numbers to duplicates with the other hero being the Cleanse tool.

 Almost 40% of employees share the same initials. May be good that this was an HR example, imagine being the employee to get that, sorry that wasn't for you message! 😅
