That's a tough one and I mixed up Australia. Learned a lot about controlling the exit of records w/o a t/f test and debugging an iterative macro.

Similar answer as others except I decided not to use the find nearest tool so I didn't have to worry about the max distance in that tool settings. I just appended all the locations.
