I did my quarters manually but it looks like newer versions of Designer have a Quarter function?

Lot of different ways, but below are first three ideas that came to mind.

However, in all three formulas I'm getting the Q number by dividing the month number by 3 and then rounding it up with CEIL function. Rest is just how I handle date/string formats and parsing.
