Loved this one!  I image there are a couple of things I could have done more efficiently:

1. Use 1 RegEx tool instead of a RegEx + Formula + Text to Columns + Data Cleanse.

2. I used 2 separate Crosstab tools + a Join to display Pokemon 1 Type 1, Pokemon 2, Type 2, Pokemon 3 Type 3 (I decided to add this component to challenge myself). But I wish there was a way to just arrange it all with 1 tool!

But I could not figure out any other way!  Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts.  Nonetheless, fun and enjoyable.  My solution:

went for slightly more tools with the data parsing, rather than trying to do it all in one regex
