Was tyring to figure out a way to get the last formula to be done in the regex tool but couldn't get it. 

Regardless its a good refresher and helped learn more about it.

Attached is my solution:

I primarily used the Data Cleansing and Formula tools to manipulate the data. I did use the Select tool to change some data types to allow the Data Cleansing tool to work.
