Were there null records for release year? I used year=RIGHT([rel_date], 4) to determine release year and my output is a little different from what's included in the challenge.

My output doesn't match, and I'm assuming that's because of a different interpretation of valid dates.

I took any date that had a year (which were all of the records) as valid.

This was a great challenge. Initially, I was thinking of using the Cross Tab tool but I kept playing with the Summarize tool and managed to figure it out. 

My solution doesn't match the challenge output exactly. I'm not too sure why that is.
