A good reminder to study the data first. Like others, spent time going down a rabbit to realize there is an easy way

Overwhelmed by the messy data. It helped to go through some solutions, and as well as export the data into an excel. Got a solution at the end.

I cheated/copied the well-structured part from the browse tool.

Exported the input data into excel, and observed the structure of the data, and figured out the logic of using Regex match ^\(\d\/\d\d\/\d\d\)   to get the date, and the line above with data. Actually  ^\(.*\) was able to do the job.

Familiarity with the structure of data will definitely help with such a problem.

Messy input data. It took me awhile to wrap my head around the task.

Solved. Took more time to understand the layout of the raw data.

My solution was a little longer because I dynamically updated header names.  I see that a few others took the same approach.
