Data was quite a mess.  I see there was a more elegant solution, but I think this one is pretty good

Process:
- Skip first 6 rows
- Dynamic Rename field names
- Filter out records where name is blank
- Add Record ID to enable later join
- Filter out records up to Record ID = 30 (true and false threads to be joined later)
- Dynamic Rename field names
- Convert fields to number format (float)
- Filter out records where Dayparts = 0
- CLean-up
- Skip first row (as there are 31 records in lower section)
- Add Record ID to enable join
- Join data on Record ID
- Rename program records
