I chose to leave the programme names in the original format as they looked like they had been truncated for whatever reason in the output file.
well this took me forever to understand! I overused the multi-row tool for sure but it gets the challenge done.
This one was really foxing me until I exported the source data to Excel and realised that everything I needed was in two relatively small areas of the sheet. I manually isolated these rows and the rest was simple. Doesn't feel like the most robust solution but it does the job with relatively few tools.
