Attached my solution. I really didnt like that challenge neither the solution provided.

File format is unclear, column name in the solution are hardcoded but they are present in the data.

Data is duplicated. for some random reason we join on position but the first iteration of the data contains also an additional value, what is it ? 

I would not exploit that data in a production process to be fair.
