Challenge #320: Women Representation in Politics

I chose a bar chart instead of a pie, because it looks like the values are % of parliament seats (and not # of parliament seats). Therefore, I don't think it doesn't make sense to show them as proportions of one whole.

For the seats held, I rounded them up to the nearest integer. I think the number of seats can't have a decimal point.
