My solution:

Here is my solution. It took me longer than I thought it would; I am a bit rusty with the Spatial Tools!

Found the sharks!

As I have worked with maps before, this was not too difficult. Calculating the distance took the most thought but is straightforward once you figure out how to create starting and end points.
