I disagree with the "target" for question 1 as the wording does not specify that the 2 days of holiday have to take place as Jan1 & Jan2. It leaves out all the countries that celebrate New Year's Eve & Day. I feel the question's wording does not allow for one singular concise answer. As for stating Russia qualifies in this response, the question does specify only 2 days and therefore Russia having 4 days does not qualify.
