A little bit difficult to decode

Not sure I fully understood this one.  I kept it simple and output the data in a format which made more sense to me.

I haven't match the output, but the running monthly averages were calculated.

It looks good to me, however please keep in mind that I still need to learn a lot!

My solution to challenge 3, found this one a bit tricky as the multi-row formula is new to me.

I think this challenge is misleading in a lot of ways and I don't agree with the provided solution as well as the text here. The text states the following in the end

'Hint: For Values that do not exist, set values to closest valid row.'

The solution completely ignores this as well as the format of the provided solution.

It was still a fun challenge because it was my first chance to use Digan's Multi-Row -Field -Column Formula Tool to set null values to the closest valid row.

very hard challenge indeed, but my output should match the desired result. Thanks for the challenge!
