Challenge #3: Running Averages

Solved this and talked over with colleagues. We agreed that the solution was not quite right for the first 3 and 6 months of each RM Category. Maybe that's what the hint was meant to address. We felt it was right to do as you would a real running average where the first 2 months are averaged, then 3, 4, 5, and 6 and not use the value of the closest row as it weights oddly.

This one was pretty hard, had to use formula tool twice since for some reason it went back to being null
