Here is my solution. This was an interesting one.

We can clean the leading and trailing spaces using he Data Cleansing Tool-> Use Date/ Time tool to convert the day field to Date format-> Sort ascending on the new datetimeout field and then-> Use a select tool to display the two required columns.
