Batch Macro joins the RecordID's made in the Round Robin Table to get names from the original data set.

Another fun challenge.  To solve the advanced challenge I used an Iterative Macro to create all the pairings.  Bonus:  Not only is it dynamic to the number of participants, but also will manage odd numbers of participants by adding a "Bye Week" for one participant each week.
