I gave up trying to match the exact number of rows, and instead went ahead and removed the empty comments since that goes more with the spirit of preparing to analyze the text.

This confused me a bit.  I do not know that I would use this as I am working to file and work with asset data.  I am going to play around with it to ensure I gain a better understanding.
