Also thought folks might find it interesting to see if sentiment has changed over "time" (increments of 10k in ID) and parent level (i. e. whether the comment was to the OP or post or post of a post etc...)

Over time

Looks like there was period with a downward trend but its recovered and too volatile to really say its a trend.

Parent Level

As you might expect mostly Neutral but does seems that initial replies replies seem to grow in positivity but then taper down after a reply to reply of a reply and where the conversation gets deeper negative sentiment start to peak. Beyond that a few more replies frankly there isn't so much data.

My solution. I got slightly different results from the sentiment analysis but close enough

Interesting. I went for the route to include different groups as oppose to excluding. Matched all but one record. Impressed with the tokenizing route, actually.
