Regex is a wonderful tool. I use Token to parse all the amount and sum them together only using 4 tools. Make my life much easier

No-brainer to me! Regex for the win!

The vantage Alteryx icon is so colorful. Looks like screen shot for the purpose of the tools. Text input, browse and record ID are very visual.

 

Good practice for Regex, still a lot of try and error to get there. But I am less frustrated, and I was happy to saw my regex expression worked, especially the first tokenize one.

For the second parse regex, I had to adjust my initial Regex expression to accommodate the special case. And I worked.
