Here's my solution - a pitfall is to make sure to set FirstName to Uppercase in order to get it right. Very tricky, but a great one 🙂

A solution in 7 steps

I just now had the time to knock this out; pretty fun. The key to this challenge is to get the first character then upper case it. look for a greedy space with REGEX; this will disregard the middle name; and exclude the numbers on the grouping.
