Well I am relatively new and I used the RecordID, Formula and Filters to get the answer. From looking at other solutions, I see that experienced Multi-Row formula - which I will have to invetsigate. Thanks to @SeanAdams solution - very neat.

Is there an easier way to create month numbers from letters than 1) adding a Record ID and 2) using an IF statement with modulus operators?
