Been away from the challenges (and from Alteryx) for about 6 months working on COVID-19 stuff.  Man, am I rusty.  This took waaayyyyy too long as I tried to dust off the old synapses.

Process
- Convert arrival data to date
- Took additional step to convert with Date-Time tool
- Filtered out Canceled reservations (could have combined both filters)
- Calculated length of stay
- Filtered out reservations = 0 (the love hotel reservations)
- Summary tool to count reservations and average length of stay, grouped by month
