Good chance to use interactive charting tools

Two complexities on this one:
a) cleanup of states that don't have a mimimum wage (replace with federal)
b) configuration of the interactive charting tool

Wasted a lot of time trying to clean up the data by focusing on the wrong columns. Oh well.

Or just got lucky, but once I chose the right column (High Value), then it kinda was easy peasy..
