Here's my solution. Ended up having to use someone else's solution. I was fairly close, but so many one-off cases that were too difficult to put into a formula.

This one has taken me much longer than expected, and my solution is very close there but still not yet perfect.

I feel that I need to spend a bit more time on exploring some of the edge cases.

I wanted to add a couple of multi-row tags to make parsing a little more failsafe but the next logical tag just kept appearing and it got messy. Happy to get it pretty bang on though

My solution to #20. Missed a few phone/address edge cases but more than happy getting all records and 100% matches for all but 2 fields.
