Used "Text to Columns", "StripQuotes([string])" and "DateTime" and select to convert data type on ID and column names.

 

Onto #3.  Only a few hundred of these and I will caught up with everyone else...

Complete guess here, but perhaps StripQuotes didnt exist in 2015 when this was originally posted?  That is way before I even knew Alteryx existed so I dont know for sure.

 

Also there are probably dozens of ways to solve this with a tool like Alteryx.
