I had to look up the date format characters. %b isn't something I had seen anywhere before.

Tools: Text to Columns to parse out the words and date, Date Time tool to convert the string to datetime format. Then a select tool to rename the columns and remove any unnecessary columns.

This challenge need to read carefully from source data, specially during parse in row data, date format for output desire format.

Ideas using Regex to Parse it , continue formula to change date format and finally select data output.
