I have used both " and , as delimiters, it removed the double quotes from the poem title. By marking "Skip empty columns" I have removed the empty column produced by the first quotation mark.

While converting Poem_Read_Date to date, I have used the custom option and included the single quotation marks: 'dd-Mon-yy'

Then select tool to change data types and rename columns.

I could have used a column to text tool. However, I would rather use a regex approach :)
