Weird that the Negotiation file contains hard-coded [Null]'s in it. It seems a bit superfluous. And annoying too to have doubles and strings in the same data column.

I used some different methods than some others, mostly using three joins and 3 unions to go along with Transpose and CrossTab to generate the concatenation. Cheers!
