I wasn't able to do it without altering the XLS files (included name of the xls within the book).
Also, because I've used Transpose function, my "Row 2" was different than "Row 2" from the solution.
I think I've overcomplicated this...

Here is my solution for this one:  (similar to the approach by everyone else)

Still unable to understand this : 

IF [FileName]=[Row-1:FileName] THEN [Row-1:Row]+1 ELSE 1 ENDIF

Can anyone tell me what exactly are we doing in this IF statement?
