I was able to get everything except the sort, I can't figure out exactly how it is sorted. Looks like I did some extra work with the Join tool.

I enjoy these challenges. I have no idea how other people did it. I do love the challenge of Regex and am really enjoying them.

Went overboard with regex before realizing that it is not required for all fields. KISS!
