Figuring out how to group the items took a while. Had to get help to figure out how to group the items so I could count the households in the contiguous area. Definitely didn't finish before the checkered flag, but otherwise got it.

Process:
- Combine spatial objects
- Poly-split into regions
- Record ID for the 5 regions
- Spatial Match where individual blocks are in region (where target within universe)
- Count Households (group by RecordID)
- Divide number of Households by 160 (and roundup using Ceil function)
- Clean-up
