Never ran into a situation where I had to apply multiple rankings before and create an overall ranking but I thought it was a very cool situation. Took me a minute to conceptualize how to best approach it (originally was going to sort on multiple values at once before attempting a ranking)

Solved! At first I sorted the rank high to low and was super confused why my answer was so far off from the actual solution.

Step 2 threw me off. I read 3 rank IDs literally as create 3 rank IDs within each block. i.e. rank1/rank2/rank3. Gotta laugh.
