Hi Everyone!

Nice one to get some basic hands on experience... 🙂 Solution attached!

Observations:

 - normally numerator is on top, denominator on the bottom however in the solution proposed is the other way around. My solution returns both.

 - according to the instruction, the reference date is a month ("For example, for June 2013,"), not necessarily 1st day of a month. May solution works any day of the input/reference month

 - in any case I think the original solution proposed is not quite correct. Here justification of my numbers returned
