This took me longer to nail than any other challenge so far; in particular the logic for the "Last 2 Years" number. Ended up writing and re-writing the logic as comments and trying different approaches until my numbers matched up.

I definitely need more practice creating macros, and this challenge was really helpful.

Note: the given solution is not consistent with the instructions.  The instructions say the calculation should be [Open] / [Closed], however, the given solution shows the % = [Closed] / [Open].
