Got part 1.  Totally missed the explorer box, that will teach me to look for hints! :)  That lookup table would have been nice to use in the find replace tool, instead of building the lookup!

Made the second part into an app to select the shift key to decrypt. Had to attach as normal workflow as would not let me attach an app.
