Appended each rings values and positions to configure all the 46.5k+ possible arrangements of the rings. Summed all the values in each option to only focus on the totals that equaled 100, which left 650 possible layouts. Then used a formula to give a similar ID to the 6 rings "matches" that would give the final answer.
